TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. This is for International Inbound Travellers only.
2. All rooms are subject to availability
3. Single supplement of +50% at the Game Lodges.
4. Strictly applicable for groups of up to a maximum of 6 rooms only.
5. The rates are Nett and non commissionable.
6. No more than 3 nights may be accommodated at a specific property, per booking.
7. All reservations to be made via the Game Reserve who will then confirm the entire package to you for both the Lodge and the Hotel.
Included: - Game Lodges (Sanbona Wildlife Reserve, Jock Safari Lodge, and Shamwari Game Reserve) are on a fully inclusive basis, (meals, accommodation, game drives, walks, local drinks) and include VAT and Tourism Levy.
- The Hotels (Lake Pleasant Living, Bushman Sands) are on Bed & Breakfast basis. The Last Word Retreats include Bed, Breakfast and local beverages.
8. CHILD POLICY
THE LONG BEACH & ST JAMES: Children over the age of 5 years old are welcome at The Long Beach and The St James. Those 11 years and under sharing a room with parents pay 25% of the room rack rate (limited to two children).
LAKE PLEASANT LIVING: Children under the age of 12 years (maximum of 2) can be accommodated in a one bedroom suite, sharing with parents at R150.00 per child per night.
