Lake Pleasant Living Villa’s, the ideal destination to experience and partake in the multitude of activities offered along the famed Garden Route. This property is centrally situated along the Garden Route, just outside Sedgefield on the edge of the Groenvlei Lake, the largest fresh water lake in the southern hemisphere. All you need to see and experience is within a drive of one to one and a half hours, north, west or east.
These spacious and beautifully appointed apartments (over 300m2) offer two bedrooms upstairs with full bathrooms en-suite and lead out onto the balcony overlooking the lake. Downstairs consists of an open plan lounge, dining room with separate fully equipped kitchen and scullery. Outside on the patio you will find a gas barbeque and a splash pool. These villas are free standing and include a single garage and carports in a complex situated within the Goukamma Nature and Marine Reserves.

Facilities offered on the property include a Bistro which is open for Breakfasts, Lunches and Dinners seven days a week. The Health Spa on the Lake offers the guest a variety of treatments to choose from. You will also have access to the gym, sauna, steam room and the indoor heated relaxation pool, while the kiddies have their own pool in which to splash and slide. There is also a jungle gym and a volleyball court for the children’s entertainment. Bring your own fishing gear to land that prize bass or just unwind while walking along the long stretches of the unspoilt beaches nearby.
