Booking Conditions

·           Rates are:

o     quoted, invoiced and payable in ZAR

o     quoted per suite/villa per night

o     based on a maximum of two adults per one bedroom suite and maximum four adults per two bedroom suite and/or villa

o     inclusive of breakfast and 14% VAT

o     subject to change without prior notice

·           We recommend a minimum stay of two nights throughout the year

Children Policy

·           This policy applies to all persons from 0 up to and including 11 years old

·           Persons from 12 years and older are considered as adults and will therefore require their own suite/villa at the applicable rates

·           0 – 3 Year old (sharing suite with adults)

o     are accommodated in a cot at no additional cost and inclusive of breakfast

o     depending on the availability of cots and/or suites/villas with a sleeper couch

o     are not permitted in the spa area

·           4 – 11 Year old (sharing suite with adults)

o     are accommodated on a sleeper couch at R150.00 per child per night, inclusive of breakfast

o     depending on the availability suites/villas with a sleeper couch

o     are not permitted in the spa area

·           Children occupying their own suite/villa will be charged at the applicable suite/villa rate

·           Sleeper couches can accommodate a maximum of two children per sleeper couch, depending on their age

·           Cots can accommodate a maximum of one child per cot

·           Suites/villas accommodating children sharing with parents contains one sleeper couch per room

·           Child minding facilities are available at an additional cost by prior arrangement

Travel Information

Insurance

·           We highly recommend that travel insurance is taken out

Transfers

·           Transfers can be arranged with reservations on request at additional costs

·           All transfers are handled by accredited car hire and charter companies

·           All transfers must be arranged prior to arrival

Payment

·           25% Deposit will be required within 14 days of reservation being made

·           Balance will be required 30 days prior to arrival

·           Full pre payment will be required at time of booking for reservations made within 30 days of arrival

Cancellations

Peak Season (20 December – 10 January)

·           Only written cancellations will be accepted.   Ensure to receive an acknowledgment of cancellations from reservations

·           50% of fee if cancellation less than 60 days prior to arrival

·           100% of fee if cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival

General

·           Only written cancellations will be accepted.   Ensure to receive an acknowledgment of cancellations from reservations

·           25% of fee if cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival

·           50% of fee if cancellation less than 15 days prior to arrival

·           100% of fee if cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival

Group/Conference:   Deposit, Payment and Cancellation

·           This policy applies to bookings of five (5) or more suites/villas

·           A minimum of a 2 night stay applies throughout the year

·           A 10% non-refundable deposit may be requested at the time of booking in order to secure rooms, depending on the size of the group

·           A 50% non-refundable deposit is payable 90 days prior to arrival

·           A 100% non-refundable payment 60 days prior to arrival

·           One (1) complimentary suite will be reserved for a group greater than 10 suites, subject to availability and inclusive of accommodation only
